Shipping & Returns Policy

Production Timescale:-
Our standard production time for garments is 7-14 days. On your order confirmation you will have received by email it will specify a ship by date. This is the approximate date your order is due to finish production and be dispatched. Once your order has been completed you will receive an email advising that we have dispatched your order.

 

Shipping Options
Royal Mail 48 – this is an approximate 48 hour delivery service, which includes tracking.
Parcelforce 24 – this an approximate 24 hour delivery service which includes tracking.
Free shipping (orders over £100) – this is an approximate 4 day service which includes tracking.

All of our shipping options include tracking details. Once we have dispatched your order you will receive via email details from the relevant courier with your tracking details on. Deliveries are made Monday – Friday, 7am – 7pm.

Returns
We endeavor to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order. If you are not please contact sales@bubblecustomised.co.uk and one of the team will be able to help you. Due to the bespoke nature of our productions, we can only accept returns where there has been a manufacturing fault, either with the garment or decoration. Please return faulty goods to us within 30 days of receipt for us to investigate. Please note the Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to ‘personalised goods or goods made to a consumers specification’.

We are unable to accept returns due to issues with sizing or colours. We supply items from a number of manufacturers and all of these will have slightly different sizing to one another. On each product listing there will be a size chart and we strongly advise you refer to these prior to ordering your products.

All blank garments can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase either to exchange or for a refund. Please note any delivery costs will not be included in the refund. School Uniform – we have a 45 day return policy where items can be returned, as new, with all the labels on, within 45 days of you ordering, either for an exchange or refund.
